Installing the Tether

This must be done prior to inflation.

The black plastic tube included with the tethered balloon versions is designed to be inserted into sleeves sealed into the base seams of the balloon.  Use the included white adhesive backed strips folded back on themselves to open the sleeve folds allowing insertion of the tube first on the right sleeve, then sliding the tube leftward to enter the left sleeve.  Tie the ribbon to the black tube with a double knot.
